Navigating life’s transitions and uncertainties can feel overwhelming at times. Choosing to begin counseling is a meaningful and courageous step; one that can open the door to healing, growth, and renewed purpose. I view counseling as an oasis in the midst of a busy and often stressful life; a space set apart to slow down, reflect, and thoughtfully work through the challenges that may be holding you back from living more fully.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life, from adolescence through adulthood. I have experience supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual questions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share your story and not have to carry your burdens alone.

My approach to counseling is client-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic practices while honoring the uniqueness of each individual. I believe that meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will explore both your strengths and the areas where you feel stuck or wounded, working to identify patterns, build effective coping strategies, and support lasting emotional and relational growth. I take a holistic view of healing, attending to the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of your overall well-being.

I believe deeply in the possibility of healing and restoration, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue growth and wholeness. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian counseling as an integrated part of the therapeutic process. This allows space to explore faith, incorporate biblical principles, and reflect on spiritual questions within a Christ-centered framework in a way that aligns with your values.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Huntington University. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University and a Master’s Degree in Teaching (Elementary Education) from National Louis University.

It is truly an honor to be invited into your story. I look forward to walking with you as you move toward healing, balance, and a deeper sense of purpose.
